What goes into a Delight

Every Delight starts with bread baked daily1, gets packed with locally sourced veg2 and premium meats3, is made by hand — no shortcuts4 — and then we deliver it ourselves.

  1. Bread baked daily. Panini, baguette, wrap or bagel — your choice with every sandwich.
  2. Locally sourced vegetables. Peppers, onions, aubergine and more, cooked into the fillings.
  3. Premium meats. Smoked, tikka, tandoori and peri peri chicken, done Mum's way.
  4. Handcrafted. Each sandwich made with care, then delivered fresh by us.

Mum's recipes&son's hustle.

Bite&Delight started at home: Mum's recipes, a family kitchen, and a son convinced that more people should be eating them. What began as a hobby became a proper business — toasted sandwiches made with care and delivered around East London. Now there's a bakery too.
